The Open Source Search solution is designed to help our clients gain access to the core, retained search deliverables: original target company research and candidate development/assessment; without the high cost and extended time-to-fill.

Client internal recruiting teams can also use Open Source Search to efficiently expand their female and underrepresented minority (URM) candidate pools and final slates which will ultimately lead to more diverse hires. Once this tool is engaged on an annual basis, Exeter will accept a mutually agreed-upon number of new search engagements from the client each month. The Exeter generated candidate pools and final slates are governed by a strictly enforced and guaranteed client agreement as to the minimum percentage of females and underrepresented minorities.
